Uzoma Ben Gbulie, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon at POSH Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Mansfield, Texas. Dr. Gbulie prides himself on taking excellent care of his patients and sees patients from the Dallas/Fort Worth area and beyond.
Dr. Gbulie completed his medical education at the College of Medicine of the University of Lagos and graduated in the top 5% of his class. He underwent residency training in general surgery at the prestigious Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, where he received the Surgery Intern of the Year award. He then underwent fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Saint Louis University Hospital and craniofacial surgery at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and Necker–Enfants Malades Hospital in Paris, France.
Dr. Gbulie has extensive training and expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face, body contouring, abdominoplasty, body lift, fat transfer, gluteal augmentation, liposuction, and breast augmentation, reduction, and reconstruction. His other clinical specialties include cleft lip and palate surgery, craniomaxillofacial surgery, and microsurgical reconstruction.
Dr. Gbulie is certified by and a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
